No, only with phono because the best result using the cd is with a full CCI turntable (PS1020 Grundig complete with original 45rpm adapter, original cartridge and shell and original mat with metal ring) connected to the phono input. It is a classic demonstration that is done in meetings to unplug the turntable or remove the 45rpm adapter from its seat listening to the difference while listening to the cd. I’m considering stopping making the MA10tp integrated without phono for the same reason: even without the turntable connected, the version with phono has a small advantage over the version without phono.
